Northwood Peacocks on the Fence Powder Blue Opal Ruffled Bowl

Our very good friend, Ruth Phillips, decided to sell off her carnival glass collection at the International Carnival Glass Association (ICGA) convention in July of 2010. Ruth had an amazing assortment of top quality glass and this was but one of them: a powder blue opal (PBO) Peacock on the Fence, also known as "Peacocks", ruffled bowl made by Northwood.

This is one bowl we have wanted for numerous years and now the time was upon us. We made good on the bidding and the bowl was now in our collection on the top shelf, where it belongs.
