Northwood Peacocks on the Fence Bowl Collection
Description
Shown here are four different base color Northwood Peacocks on the Fence ruffled edge bowls. It took some time acquiring these. There are many that can be had and sold at auctions and online sales, but I was patient to wait for these particular ones. They are shown here in this order: Marigold, Amethyst, Blue and Green.
I would say the marigold is my favorite of these because of the deep pumpkin marigold color and how the Peacocks and foliage stand out in contrast to the rest of the bowl. The amethyst and blue bowls are almost hard to distinguish which one is which. One would not know unless held up to a light. The green bowl has great color. Although it's not Emerald, it is still a fine example.
All were purchased at Mickey Reichels auctions in Booneville, Missouri before he retired.
