Maker Unknown Vera Black Amethyst Vase
Description
This lovely little bud vase with a small floral pattern was bought in the early 2000s and came from Sweden. It is not easily found. We were originally told by the seller that it was made by Eda and we had the colour listed as blue. It was not until sometime last year, when we had it out to take a photo and I held it to the light, that I discovered it to be black amethyst. As far as I know, Eda was not known for black or black amethyst glass. So, for the present, we do not have a maker.
Sitting on a pedestal base, it measures 6" high, 3.5" wide at the top, and has a base diameter of 2.5" wide.
