Fenton Paneled Dandelion Blue Candle Lamp
Description
The blue shade for this Paneled Dandelion candle lamp originally sat on top of a green candleholder in the collection of Joe Crothers in Maumee, Ohio. When a blue Paneled Dandelion candleholder was found, they were paired together and sold by Tom Mordini. Then my husband and I bought it at auction during the Great Lakes Convention of 2012.
It is surprising that the Fenton company made these molds but did not use them more. I'm sure a few others exist out there, but right now, this is the only one known. The only other shapes in this pattern are water pitchers and tumblers.
