Fenton Dragon's Tongue Marigold ICS Bowl
Description
I purchased this 10 1/2" ice cream shaped bowl from a Seeck Auction a few years ago. This pattern really earned its name. It was photographed on a dark background so you can see all the intricate details.

This pattern was only made in the color marigold. David Doty says there are not many around, maybe a dozen total reported, and they were only made in this 3-footed, low bowl shape.
This one has an ICS (ice cream shaped) edge and some of the others known have a ruffled edge. The only other shape known in this pattern is a small lamp shade.
