Maker Unknown Czechoslovakian Diamond Cane Marigold Sugar Box or Powder Jar

I purchased this small sugar box or powder jar in late 2012 on eBay. The only information given was that it was listed in Mike Carwile's 11th Edition Encyclopedia of Carnival Glass with a possible Czech maker. I'm not sure about the sugar box attribution as I would have said this was a covered powder bowl but who knows?  The item is said to be a rarity and so far I have only seen one other.

It's 2" high and 4.25" wide.
